    Well, yes!  Go to the $(StudioDir)/bin directory and open up studio.xml.  This is the text file that describes the layout of the IDE and is like shifting sand between releases.  In there you'll find the Debug menu:

    <definemenu name="DebugMenu" caption="&amp;Debug">
          <item name="Debug.Go"/>
          <item name="Debug.Break"/>
          <item name="Debug.Stop"/>
          <item name="DebugRestart"/>
          <item name="BreakpointToggle"/>

    See that item DebugRestart?  Remember it.  It happens to be present in the Debug toolbar:

    <definetoolbar name="DebugToolBar" caption="Debug" perspectives="Standard,Debug">
          <item name="Debug.Continue,Debug.Go,Debug.Break,"/>
          <item name="Debug.Stop"/>
          <item name="DebugRestart"/>

    So, if you want to put the Restart button on the Standard toolbar, just take the "item" DebugRestart and copy it into wherver you need it.

    I agree this is not a GUI solution to things, but it happens to be the best way to describe the GUI for us programmers.

    Ok, I see what I interpreted as the debug toolbar is actually the navigator toolbar:

        <definetoolbar name="NavigatorToolBar" caption="Navigator" perspectives="Standard,Debug,Browse,Help,Hide Docks">
          <item name="Browser.Back" />
          <item name="Browser.Forward" />
          <separator/>
          <item name="Debug.Continue,Debug.Go,Debug.Break" />
          <item name="Debug.Stop" />
          <separator/>
          <item name="Debug.StepInto" />
          <item name="Debug.StepOver" />
          <item name="Debug.StepOut" />
        </definetoolbar>

    It does not have DebugRestart present.  Thanks!
