Scrolling improvement

This is a suggestion for an improvement to the editor. On issue I encounter a lot when using Apple's magic mouse is that I unintentionally scroll horizontally. This is because the editor will allow you to scroll horizontally even when there is no need to. When all the text fits inside the editor window in a particular dimension, scrolling in that dimension should be disabled by either the scroll bars or the mouse.
