Could the Solution properties include target settings, too? [Imported Thread]

My typical solution has several projects, all targetting the same device with identical settings, yet I have to set the target for each individually. This is tedious and error-prone. I recognise that many folks have solutions with different targets, but I don't see how this makes things worse for them.

This is not the same request as "Target properties to be part of solution" which refers to different targets in a solution.
