To have a "Solution Macros" level for building [Imported Thread]

Global Macro definitions are listed under the "Project Menu" and the directory definitions there carry over to every SOLUTION we build.  This makes it difficult to get a "Clean Start", even when building a new project in a new solution in a new directory.
