Create a pre-build "User Build Step Option" [Imported Thread]

Currently, there are project options to run external programs before and after compiles and links, but to really enhance that capability, it'd be nice if there was a pre-build option too. That could be used for creating a list of all files used in the project, zipping them up into a time/date stamped temporary archive, running Doxygen automatically, etc.

This can be done via a staging project that's a dependency for the other projects in the solution.
