Split Window Editor [Imported Thread]

I find this feature very helpful as implemented in MS dev products & Ultra-Edit.

Something where you could display multiple threads of your embedded operating system interacting between each other and observe the interaction between these threads.e.g. Operating system in main.c calling sub tasks which interact. I am running muliple tasks each with mulltiple threads

No; this request is to be able to split a window horizontally in order to see two parts of the same fie. The other post is to have two files on display at once, not two views of the same file (VS and other editors offer this).

Isn't this request similar to "Two source file view (side-by-side)"?
