Add a Timer interrupt to the ARM simulator [Imported Thread]

The simulator is a nice idea but... would be a lot more useful if it had a timer interrupt feature to kick CTL along.

Anything which would allow a periodic triggering of the CTL timer interrupt routine. Without this the simulator is very limited. If this work is to be done could an FIQ periodic trigger also be included? James
