Export __section_name_size__ symbols from the linker [Imported Thread]

CrossWorks currently (3.3) exports __section_start__ and __section_end__ symbols. Occasionally it would be convenient for me to also have __section_size__ without having to subtract start from end.

It appears this feature used to exist, but it's currently dead. Bring it back, please?
