Viewing Section Placement Files [Imported Thread]

Could we bring back the tree structured view of section placement files to V2.0 of CrossWorks for ARM? Using this method of veiwing and editing section placement files is so much more intuitive that editng their raw text equivalent.

Might it be possible to allow relative placement for some things? (e.g. always the 2Kb) Rather than specifying absolute addresses. If there were any way to specifiy (in source rather than section placement) an absolute address for a const array that would be brilliant (e.g. __at__ when used with Keil GCC ARM)

There is an opportunity to redesign the way that section placement and memory map files are edited. I do plan to have a big rewrite in this area.
