ensure pull-down menu keyboard shortcuts are unique

As an example, an existing CrossStudio menu item is File -> Close Solution, which is available as the shortcut Alt-F T

Unfortunately, the developer that added File -> Import Project... in 3.3.1 didn't check for existing shortcuts, and used the exact same one for the new menu item.

It would be desirable to audit/plan for these to prevent such issues.

  Thanks so much for fixing the described problem in 3.5.1.  (The added option to Import/Add a IAR/Keil project no longer conflicts with the Close Solution shortcut.)
