Terminal: Suggest port choices

This is purely a convenience item, but it would save some time to add a drop-down selector with likely matches for the serial port when using the terminal, especially on *NIX systems.  I often have to drop down to the command line and look through a large list to find out which port to use on OSX, and even on Windows it might be quicker to list valid COM ports.

  There's a right click on the Port property but this is only implemented on Windows, not sure how to do it on Linux/Macos.
