Allow renaming of a file within the project explorer view

Allow the user to change a project item's name from within the project explorer view.

  This would really help. Now one has to remove the file from the project, rename it in the OS and re-add it to the project.

  In trialing Crossworks, that solution was not intuitive.  In fact, I made a copy of a file and now have 2 "files" with the same name in the project.  What???!!
