Debug terminal - some more baudrate settings

The Terminal Emulator baudrate setting is limited to 110 … 115200 Baud.

In some of my projects, I need 1 MBaud (currently using Ftdi & minicom on Linux).

Could you add baudrate settings for 230400, 460800, 500000, 921600 and 1 MBaud?
