add mercurial support for SVN integration

As git is already suggested, it would be great to have hg supported as versioning tool.

It's quite similiar to svn, with several improvements, and enjoys widespread support by opensource and commercial users.

  Minimal Mercurial integration is in progress...  No fancy stuff for the moment.
