STM32: Breakpoint creation strange behaviour

Hi there, it's me again...

I have a new observation/problem. During debugging I don't get a breakpoint for a certain line. Only if I put another command prior to that line, the breakpoint is generated.
Or if I change the debug level from 2/3 to 1, then a breakpoint miraculously appears.

In Debug level 1 though, I unfortunately don't get the detailed information I need.

What could be a reason for that?
