Project naming / renaming

Hello, The following questions are related to project cleanup, where the project names are important.

How can I rename Crossworks for ARM projects?

If I completely delete a project folder + subfolders, is there any memory left of that project within the IDE? If so, how can I tell Crossworks to erase or overwrite it?
