Cross studio compiling on the wrong root folder

Hi Guys, 

I am wondering if anyone has come across an issue where when you compile your main.c file it shows an error where it states: "Can't open input file" and then shows the location on my C drive. However when checking the location of the project it is on the correct drive and not on the C drive. Does anyone know what to do?
