Reinstallation problem following major machine failure
I have been running Crossworks for ARM for some time, recently the host machine suffered a major failure. The backup from the SSD is available, it may or may not contain the information I need to submit for reinstallation in an accessible form. Can someone please advise me how I can apply for a reinstallation key on the new machine.
The old OS is Windows10, the new machine Windows11.
Thanks in advance

FOLLOWUP: I have located a screenshot of the license manager screen, which includes the 25-character key. Can this be used for the reinstall, or else used to obtain a new key?
Also, my version is certainly not the latest. Will my key cover the current version, or will I need to download an earlier version?

Hi Bruce,
If you have the product key, you can just download and install CrossWorks for ARM and request a new activation key as before.
If you contact sales@rowley.co.uk and let them know the product key they will be able to tell you which versions you are licensed to use. They will also be able to advise on how to upgrade if necessary or provide help on any other licensing questions. Older versions of CrossWorks can be downloaded from https://www.rowley.co.uk/arm/releases.htm
Regards,
Jon
