Now that you have released V5 I can't seem to find the release notes for V4.10.9 without installing it (when they'll be in the local help), which I don't want to do before I know what has changed!

Can you provide a link for the V4 release notes, please?

  If you refresh https://www.rowleydownload.co.uk/arm/documentation/arm_release_notes.htm the v4 release notes are now included.
