Bug report: Wrong C file is compiled

1. Compile a project in Rowley CrossWorks.
2. Run the code on a target board in the IDE debugger via JTAG/SWD.
3. In the Project Explorer window, right-click on any C file other than the one that is open and in-focus in the editor window.
4. Select Compile <c-filename> from the right-click menu.
5. When the "Stop debugging?" dialog box pops up, click Yes to stop the debugger and close the dialog.
6. Rowley Crossworks doesn't compile the selected file, but the file that is open and in-focus in the editor window.

I am using Rowley CrossWorks 4.10.4.2023052602.53391.

  I see this is still an issue in CrossWorks for ARM version 4.10.9.2024031101.56016.
