File Import/Dynamic Folder Lock

Running into that challenge a few times:

- some kind of a 'Dynamic Folder lock' to prevent unintentional conversion to a regular folder

- some kind of a 'File lock' to prevent unintentional import of files (e.g. flash_placement.xml)

A simple lock in the sense of: there is an additional step required...
