Cannot save session file

I get "Cannot save session file whenever I try to load a project. It is related to Crossworks thinking I don't have permissions to write in the project folder. 

Also, when I try to Save As any file, I get this:

Even though I am logged in as administrator and can write to files in this folder with other applications.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
