Windows 10 CrossConnectARM "Memory write operation timed out" with "THUMB Flash Debug" build

When I "Build and Debug" a "THUMB Flash Debug" build I consistently get a "Memory write operation timed out" error:

However if I "Build and run" a "THUMB Flash Debug" build it works okay and if I I "Build and Debug" a "THUMB Flash Release" build it works okay however I only have the "Disassembly" window to play with and it doesn't follow the code very well and static methods cannot be jumped to as they do not have named symbols.

I have a colleague in another company that managed to get the source code debug build working but needed to install it on Windows 7 - I do not have the luxury of being able to install Windows 7 on my machine just to debug code!

Is this a known problem with Windows 10 which will be resolved?

UPDATE - This still happens with the v4.03 build so not fixed yet
