Enhance the editor with outlining or "code folding" ability (revisited)

 What was the decision on the code folding function?  I didn't see anything other that it was in development.  I'm probably just missing the way to do it, but I couldn't find it.  IAR had this feature, and it really makes isolating functions much easier.  I have to do way too much scrolling, and I really miss that feature.
