MSP430: Version 3.0/3.1 Debugger problem

Debugger works fine in version 2.2 but when I use version 3.0 or 3.1, it does not: it seems it runs and resets or re-starts after seconds, and repeats the process.

Version 2.2 and 3.1 are installed in the same machine (W10).

I'm using Elprotronic FlashPro430 (last version of MSP430-FPA.dll does not work but 2011 and 2012 are ok. This was explained to me by Elprotronic).
