If I right-click on #include, context menu should have Open as the first item

If I right-click on an include file, the most likely thing I want to do is open it, so please can we have this in the context menu. Yes I know I can navigate down the menu, but why else would I right-click?

Also, if we have more than 1 dock open, I'd prefer the .h file to open in the next doc, not the same one as we started in. This is because 90% of the time I'm opening a .h file for reference, not to edit.

  Ctrl+Shift+M is useful when seeing which includes exist, but I keep finding myself wanting the right click to offer to open the .h file NOW.
