JLink and SWD

I recently upgraded my debugger to a JLink so that I could do some FreeRTOS debugging and the JLink disconnects whenever I pause the debugger. It only occurs with a JLink debugger connected SWD to a Cortex-M0. The error is 'Mis-aligned memory read: Address: 0xA5A5A5B5, NumBytes: 4, Alignment: 4 (word-aligned)' I'm using CrossWorks 3.5
