DEV_CONNECT_ERROR

Hi

My hard disk crashed recently, but i was able to save my project file and moved it to a new hard disk running Ubuntu 16.04
I am connecting to an Autoquad board via SWD using STLINKV2, something i have done 100's of times before.
But now when i select the target as STLINKV2 i get the above error.
Interestingly even when i unplug the usb and try, i get the same error, which seems to suggest that the problem is elsewhere. I have rechecked the connections many times
