RZ A1 Support

Are there any plans to support the Renesas RZ/A1 processor? 

In particular libarm_v7a_vfpv3_d16_hard_a_le_eabi.a is missing and CTL support.

There is libarm_v7a_vfpv3_d32_hard_a_le_eabi.a, but code dies on any 64 bit float instruction.
