Duplicate a sample project

So I am using Crossworks with a new platform (SAMA5D4-XULT), and under the Board Support Package there are Solution files. All good so far. However I don;t want to change these specific files, I want to duplicate the Solution or Project so I can use it as a starting point for my own code. If I save solution as, it just saves the solution file which points to the project files in the existing location. Is there any way to copy /duplicate a project that copies all the files the project uses to a new location? Seems like anyone starting with a new BSP would want to do this...
