Detected core type doesn't agree with debug interface type project property

Hi.

Im trying to connect to my MCU (STM32F103RC) using an ST-Link device, but I get the error  "Detected core type doesn't agree with debug interface type project property". And it won't start the debugger.

Also when I try to use the simulator I get "unsupported memory simulation parameter"
