The old DeskPro based helpdesk is still available at http://ccgi.rowley.co.uk/redirect.php?deskpro in order to allow us to resolve any outstanding tickets, please don't use it to submit any new questions.
Old accounts, new accounts
We have not migrated account information from the DeskPro system to the Zendesk system. And as you might have guessed, we're not moving the tickets either. And we have no plans to do a migration either, there's far too much to move and there's no easy way to do it. In short, you'll need to create your accounts again.
Growing a community
One of the nicer features of this support system is that there's now a User Forum. Not very lively at present, but hopefully that will change once the CrossWorks community starts to move over. Check it out!
